SARL SCEPI-DEMORY (Peterandclo) uses service providers to enable the delivery of products ordered by the consumer via the aforementioned site, and this according to the terms and deadlines indicated on the site at the time of the order.

Article 4: Conclusion of the contract
In all cases, the sales contract is deemed concluded only at the time of the debit of the consumer's account for payment cards, of the date of receipt of the transfer in the case of bank transfer, and at that of collection check for check payments.

Article 5: Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the consumer when ordering online or offline.
In the event that the delivery address is different from the billing address, the consumer should provide these two separate addresses in the order form.
It is also up to the consumer to provide all information relevant to the delivery when ordering in order to allow the carriers to proceed with the delivery.
In case of erroneous or incomplete information having made it impossible for the carrier to make the delivery, a second delivery will be made after the return by the carrier of the goods to www.amulet-thailand.com, this subject to the prior payment the amount of new shipping costs from the consumer.
5.2: Delivery - absence
The products ordered are only delivered to their recipient against signature unless otherwise requested by the consumer.
The consumer must carry out an examination of the physical state of the package delivered by the carrier as well as an examination of its contents, and this in the presence of the deliverer.
Any anomaly noted in one or other of these titles must imperatively be the subject of handwritten reservations entered on the carrier's delivery note; these reservations must be explained, detailed, dated and signed by the consumer in order to avoid any dispute.
No claim can be registered in the absence of reservations made upon delivery.

In such a case, www.amulet-thailand.com is dependent on the deadlines imposed by the carriers concerning the declaration of loss and the reimbursement of the shipment.
These times may vary depending on the carrier. No reimbursement of the consumer can therefore take place before the carrier has declared lost, at the end of its investigation, the products ordered.
As soon as the declaration of loss made by the carrier, www.amulet-thailand.com will reimburse the consumer.
5.4 DELIVERY IN COMMUNITY EUROPE
The items you order on the website are subject to VAT in your country of destination. You do not have to pay taxes upon receipt of your package.
5.5 DELIVERY OUTSIDE COMMUNITY EUROPE and DOM/TOM
The prices displayed on the site are exclusive of tax depending on the country of delivery.
Also, you benefit from the tax refund on our products and our transport services.
The invoice will be established without VAT and you will have to pay the duties and taxes at the entrance of your country and make sure beforehand that the products ordered are authorized for import into your country or the place of destination.
5.6 Customs Duties
Any order validated on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to any taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. Article 6: Withdrawal period

Article 7: Returns
Any return can only be made after obtaining a return number at email@example.com and after explaining the reasons for the return.
The return number thus obtained is only valid for eight clear days.
Only returns of products whose original packaging has not been opened and is perfectly intact are accepted.
The risks of transport are entirely the responsibility of the sender, and it is therefore up to him to carry out all due diligence as to the security of the routing, in particular by insuring its dispatch.

7.1 Return by post:
The customer must make a return for reimbursement by La Poste. For this, it should be ensured that the returned items are:
- in their original packaging,
- in perfect condition for resale and that they have never been worn
- that they are accompanied by the return form published from the customer's account on the site or delivered by our service

In the event of a partial return of an order, the initial delivery costs are only reimbursed up to the quantities returned according to the references.
Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. Article 8: Warranties
The products are guaranteed by their manufacturers for the duration and according to the methods indicated on the description of the products appearing on the site www.amulet-thailand.com and/or on the guarantee form possibly attached to the products upon delivery.
In the event of a defective product, the consumer must return it according to the conditions set out in article 7 of these general conditions.
No return will be possible beyond the warranty period offered by the manufacturer on the products concerned.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the defective product are the responsibility of the consumer unless the return takes place within 30 days of the date of the order.
SCEPI-DEMORY cannot commit to any processing time for the return of defective products insofar as the after-sales service operations are carried out by the manufacturer of the products concerned.
The warranty for defective products is subject to full payment of their price by the consumer.
Malfunctions caused by improper use of the product or by an external cause (such as in particular an electrical surge) cannot give rise to a guarantee.
The provisions of this article cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee described in article L 211-1 of the Consumer Code.

The fact for www.amulet-thailand.com or the consumer not to take advantage of a breach of one of the obligations arising from these general conditions or to tolerate a situation does not have the effect of granting the other part of the acquired rights.
Such tolerance can in no way be interpreted as a waiver to assert the rights in question.
Article 12: Force majeure - Applicable law

Le recours aux pouvoirs magiques supposés des amulettes, ne doit en aucun cas entraîner l’abandon ou la modification du traitement médical officiel en cours même si l’on constate une amélioration pendant et après l’accompagnement , le port ou la présence de l' amulette. En cas de doute et dans tous les cas, consultez votre médecin traitant.
