The prices displayed, delivery included worldwide
All prices on our online store can be paid in euros. The price displayed on this site represents the actual price with delivery by French post, with tracking number.
Delivery outside France is made by La Poste with tracking number, and the prices displayed on our website include delivery.
If you want express delivery, you will be asked for a supplement when ordering.
Payment Terms
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Your credit card details and information are secure. When you checkout from the product order screen, you will be directed to a PayPal page where you can complete your purchase by logging into your PayPal account. If you choose to pay for your order online by direct bank transfer or western union, we will email you our bank details after you place your order. Email us when your payment has cleared and attach a payment confirmation screenshot so we can verify our account. We will immediately send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and order number.
Shipping and Delivery
All items from amulet-thailand.com are shipped discreetly in plain packaging and carefully packaged to ensure your purchase arrives in good condition. You will receive a tracking number for all orders shipped internationally, along with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery and formalities
We ship to most countries in the world, including the United States and Canada.
Delivery to some locations may require additional days.
If packages are subject to inspection and customs clearance, an additional 48-72 hours may apply. Items may be subject to other national controls and regulations in the country of destination.
In such circumstances, the sender is advised to deal directly with the competent authorities of the country of destination.
All packages are shipped tracked for fast, reliable delivery to the comfort of your home or office. To ensure timely and timely delivery of your package, please provide a correct address and contact number.
In case of payment via PayPal, the order can only be delivered to the address indicated in your PayPal account.
ATTENTION: we cannot modify the delivery address in case of PayPal payment, so make sure that the address is correct on your PayPal account before ordering.
Delivery times that we indicate are always estimates and never commitments.
The delivery of our items may be delayed by events beyond our control such as a health crisis, a strike, a customs clearance procedure, etc.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for delays in delivery, and we do not grant discounts or refunds in this respect.
If you need to receive your order on a specific date such as a birthday or for Christmas, we recommend that you order well in advance.
We cannot "expedite" delivery, but we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery time by country and your delivery service:
Metropolitan France: approximately 72 hours (La Poste) except Mondial Relay.
EU countries: 1 week to 10 days depending on the country
Czech Republic: about 7 to 10 days.
Australia: approximately 4 weeks.
Canada: approximately 3 weeks.
Iceland: about 10 days.
Israel: about 4 weeks.
Japan: about 4 weeks.
Norway: about 10 days.
Romania: about 2 weeks.
United Kingdom: approximately 7 to 10 days depending on customs formalities.
Russia: about 4 weeks.
Singapore: approximately 4 weeks.
Switzerland: around 1 week depending on customs formalities.
Thailand: about 4 weeks.
Ukraine: about 4 weeks.
USA: approximately 10 to 30 days depending on the weight of the package and depending on the State.
Vietnam: about 4 weeks.
Reminder: these deadlines are based on estimates and are given for information only, they do not constitute a commitment.
If your order does not arrive as expected, here are some suggestions to ensure your package arrives safely:
1. Check that you entered the correct delivery address when you placed your order and check that your mailing address is different from your billing address.
2. Pay attention to the package size of your order. Most small packages probably won't fit in the mailbox. Often your package is waiting for you at the local post office. So make sure the postman leaves a note that you need to pick it up at your local post office. You may need to bring this note or ID to collect the package.
3. Sometimes postmen forget to leave a note, so check with your local post office directly if your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time listed above.
Import customs formalities, customs duties and taxes
Please note that our warehouses being in France, our items, depending on the country of receipt of the package, may be subject to customs formalities and additional costs when you receive them.
We deliver in Incoterms® DAP (delivered at destination), this means that the goods are considered delivered when they are made available to the buyer at destination on the arriving means of transport, without being unloaded.
Therefore, it is the buyer who is responsible for customs formalities, payment of duties and taxes (including VAT) due due to importation and unloading of goods at destination.
We are not responsible for these charges and we cannot bill you in advance for these charges.
For delivery outside the European Union, VAT and customs duties apply according to the legislation of your country.
Return policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
If you wish to return an opened package, please contact me before sending it back so that we can discuss a suitable solution.
I will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping costs.
If your return does not meet the requirements listed above, I will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to you.
Refund in case of return
Once your return has been verified and deemed eligible for a refund, I will send you a payment confirmation email.
Refund times vary depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase:
● If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Refund times will depend on your card issuer's policies. I assure you that the currency date of the credit will coincide with the date of your initial payment. Therefore, you will not be charged any interest.
● If you paid with PayPal, your refund will become visible within 24 hours in your credit card account (which is connected to your PayPal account).
Guarantee
We guarantee that all of our amulets are from temples or shamans in Thailand and are 100% original. All amulets are delivered as you selected them. We focus on offering good faith with every type of amulets created by highly revered Gurus Monks and Spiritual Masters before they were released from temples.
